From Changbaishan to Beijing to the Altai mountains in China’s north-west, skiers Jordan Manley, Forest Coots and Chad Sayers embark on a journey to discover the story behind China’s recent skiing boom. What they uncover is a unique blend of old and new – a growing middle class flocking in hordes to China’s urban ski slopes, while its ancient ski culture struggles to survive.
