Thai movie star takes a beginner lesson in one of Japan's top powder skiing destinations.
Thai actor Ter Chantavit is the latest celebrity to experience Japan’s famous powder snow, taking a beginner lesson at Kiroro Resort while filming there for his most recent release One Day.
The Thai celeb, who is best known for his lead role in the 2010 film Hello Stranger and 2012 film ATM: Er Rak Error, spent the day with a Kiroro instructor in an effort to master some of the basics of skiing. You can follow his progress in the video below.
About One Day
One Day is a highly anticipated romance film starring Ter Chantavit and TV actress Nittha “Mew” Jirayungyurn, who makes her big screen debut.
The story follows Denchai – a nerdy IT professional portrayed by Chantavit – who secretly falls in love with fellow office worker Nui (Nittha “Mew” Jirayungyurn). When Nui suffers a case of amnesia after an accident on skis, Denchai takes his chance by pretending to be her boyfriend for the day.
Kiroro Resort
One Day is shot on location in Hokkaido, Japan, with ski scenes taking place at Kiroro Resort. Kiroro is home to some of the best powder skiing in the world, thanks to the huge quantities of snow that fall on its slopes each season.
