Snowboard.com have produced a video on the best “secret eats” in Niseko, and we really think they’re onto something. Ski Asia favourite Guzu Guzu makes an appearance on the list, as do several other very fine Niseko establishments – some of them less so secret than others.

Over the last decade, the Niseko food scene has evolved into an attraction in its own right, and is now home to hatted restaurants and food trucks alike. Visitors to the snowy paradise have their choice between local cuisine and virtually and other type of food that takes their fancy.
