“Value” is a difficult term to define, especially when it comes to ski resort real estate in Japan, but Uchi CEO Chris Pickering thinks he has 10 properties that will tick all your boxes.

This price point is significantly below the average price in Hirafu for a house or apartment and therefore I think they all warrant a second look and a discussion with the selling agents about rental revenue and occupancy.
