Hokkaido continues to provide the bulk of real estate investment opportunities when it comes to Japanese ski real estate. Niseko continues to dominate with hundreds of options but areas including Rusutsu and Furano are growing rapidly. However, according to the team at Uchi, the premier listing site for Japanese resort real estate, the level of interest outside of Hokkaido has skyrocketed this summer.
